Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education "Kazan State Institute of Culture" trains specialists in many areas of social, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

FSEI HE "Kazan State Institute of Culture" has a license for the right to conduct educational activities (No. 1800, form Series 90L01 No. 0008821 dated 03.12.2015, validity - indefinitely). Specialties and areas of training, which is being prepared in Kazan State Institute of Culture, accredited in accordance with the certificate of state accreditation (No. 3226, form Series 90A01 No. 0003387 dated 07.08.2019, valid until 07.08.2025).

Educational process is conducted in the full-time and correspondence forms.The term of study in full-time form corresponds to the normative period, in the correspondence form of study for bachelor's and specialist's programs has been increased by 1 year, for master's programs by 6 months.

For students with higher and secondary vocational education, there is the opportunity to study in an accelerated program.

The educational process combines traditional and innovative teaching methods based on the international experience of studying art, culture and rich heritage in the field of arts and crafts, theater, music, dance and traditions of the Middle Volga region.

Studying languages. In general, teaching is conducted in Russian language . In some groups, a number of disciplines are studied in Tatar language. In addition, all students have the opportunity to study Tatar optional.
